Julie Chen welcomes us to the first season of Marie's Big Brother series. This first group of houseguests is seen on their pre-season clips. Aidan tells us he's a super-fan of Big Brother and has studied every season, his dream is to win. Britney is seen in her working place, modeling clothes, she tells us she's ready to crush the competition and "to cut the houseguests like [she] cut [her] clothes" then waves sassily. Cory informs us he'll play UTR because he doesn't want to be targeted, as he'll probably be the youngest in the house. Gerald states that he's in good shape for his age, because he played football when he was younger, he counts on his physical and social game to get him far. James is seen training in his firefighting station. He tells us he knows he's gonna go far since he has the brawn, the brain and the beauty all assembled. This five enters the house. They're all excited, especially Aidan, and find the house beautiful. In the diary room, Aidan exposes his plan: "I knew I needed to get into an alliance immediately because that's how we play in new school Big Brother!". He tells to the other four houseguests they should get together because the alliances that are formed first are always the ones that control everything, but they're all skeptical, especially Britney, who sums it up in the DR: "We're not even two minutes into the house, and Aidan already wants an alliance? Like, what the f**k?".
The next group of houseguests is ready to enter the house. Hory is a really excentric human being, he grew up in Ukraine until he was 6 with his father, then moved to America to live with his mother. He was a punk, a CEO of a make-up company, a baker and is now retired, writing country music for his own will. He thinks his personality will allow him to get far. Jane is a real estate agent and used to be in control, she tells us she wants to take control of the house as well, but she'll try to do it in a "sneaky, behind-the-scenes way". Jenna states that people are usually shocked when she tells them she's a banker because "they don't expect the red-haired tatooed chick to be successful in life". She wants to take profit of her underrated status to win. Katherine tells us she's going to lie about her old job because "old people are always targeted first, so I don't want to put a bigger target on my back". Lin presents herself as really shy but really smart, and that the other houseguests won't expect her to make big moves "but they obviously don't know me", she then winks. The five houseguests enter the house. The other five already in the house come to greet them, Katherine states in the DR that she's glad another old person (Gerald) is in the house.
The final group is ready to enter. Max informs us that he's a YouTube personality, he has his own channel and a lot of people are following him on social media. He expects the other houseguests to do the same and follow his lead. Roxy tells us "people think I'm a normal person, but I'm nothing like that". She is a genius and has watched every season of Big Brother. She wants to keep her intelligence and her status as a super-fan low-key to not get targeted. Salleigh says that she's a really shy and socially awkward person, and hopes that she'll find someone in the house to get comfortable with and that'll carry her through the game. Sara is a model and she's really proud of it. She tells us she worked hard for that job and she lost 70 pounds in 6 months. She's ready to flirt to go far in the game. Tim has won a lot of prizes thanks to his football skills, he's planning to snatch another one with the Big Brother win. VJ tells us he's "a bad guy" and that he's already been in jail. He plans to get the money to prove that "even if you've made mistakes in your life, you can still be smart". The six houseguests enter the house and they're greeted like the other five. All the houseguests decide to form a circle to get to know each other. As planned, Katherine lies to them and says she's a retired nanny. Jenna lies too, saying she's a waitress, she tells us in the DR: "I lied because people are shocked when they learn I'm a banker, so they'd probably think I'm a bunch of other things too, and I'd be a target". Katherine notices something is up though, she sums up in the DR: "When Jenna told us she was a waitress, I got that icky feeling, and I think she may have lied".
Julie Chen calls the houseguests and tells them to go to the backyard for their first HOH competition. They have to hold on to a rope as long as they can, the last one to stay wins. After a few minutes, the first ones out are Katherine, Salleigh, Cory, Lin and Roxy. After some time, the houseguests have to go down a notch. Hory, Jane, Jenna, Aidan, Sara and Gerald are the next ones to drop. Two hours have passed, the housguests have to go down another final notch. VJ falls during the transition. Tim is the next one to drop. Max winks at Britney and James, then drops. He states in the DR: "I winked at them, which is a sign that I trust them, so I'm sure they won't put me up on the block". Three hours have passed, James decides to make a deal with Britney, he promises her he won't put her up. Britney, completely exhausted, accepts after some hesitation. She drops and James is crown as the first HOH of the season!
James quickly gets his HOH room. Most of the house now know Aidan tried to get an alliance right at the beginning, so they all want him on the block. James agrees with the house and tells us in the DR: "I don't want to make waves on Week 1, so if the house wants Aidan gone, he'll be gone!". A montage of Sara and Max hanging together and cuddling is shown. Both state in the DR that they like each other and would like to go far together. Britney notices them cuddling and sums up in the DR: "Sara and Max are stupid, like, don't make out in front of everyone! That's disgusting and stupid for their games, ugh, that's already two more persons on my #MoronList next to Aidan." Jenna and Katherine are in a bedroom together, the latter decides to tell the other that she knows about her lie. Jenna lets it go and reveals the truth: she's a banker. Katherine replies that she's a retired attorney and that she lied too. Jenna is shocked and tells us in the DR: "Katherine is impressive, and she was an attorney? Oh my God, I'd rather have her with me than against me." Hory enters the room and the three decide to form an alliance, named the Surprise Three, because "no one would expect [them] to work together". It's time for the Have-Nots competition! James is HOH and directly a Have, so the 15 houseguests left are divided into three teams of five: the red team of Lin, Salleigh, Jane, Tim and Cory, the purple team of Gerald, Aidan, Jenna, VJ and Roxy, and the green team of Hory, Sara, Max, Britney and Katherine. The red team loses the competition and are the Have-Nots of the week.
In the Storage Room, Gerald approaches Aidan and tells him he's the house target because of his mistake on the first day. Gerald explains why in the DR: "Aidan reminds me of my grandson, and I'm doing this game for him because he's a superfan." Aidan thanks him and goes straight to the HOH room to talk to James. Aidan apologizes for what he did on the first day, James forgives him but tells him he needs to play low-key now. Aidan agrees and they both make a deal. Aidan asks James to put Sara and Max on the block since they're a showmance and could be a threat going forward. James lays out his doubts in the DR: "I don't know what to do, either go with the house and nominate Aidan, or get rid of two threats and put the showmance on the block." At the Nomination Ceremony, James decides to nominate Sara and Max. Both of them are shocked. The houseguests are surprised as well but don't seem too upset.
Sara and Max both go in a bedroom, they're pretty upset about their nominations and vent about James' decision. They say he should've nominated Aidan. Tim and VJ join them and the four forms an alliance, named The Secret Squad. They agree to fight really hard in the POV competition to save one of the nominees. James and Aidan are in the HOH room and the latter thanks the HOH to not have put him on the block. James replies it's no problem since they have a deal. Later, Jane, Katherine, Hory and Cory are in the HOH room with James. Jane asks him why he didn't put Aidan on the block, James reveals them he made a deal with him, and proposes an alliance between them five plus Aidan. They all agree, but Jane expresses some reservations in the DR: "I do not trust James at all. He was supposed to put Aidan on that block, and now he's made an alliance with him and wants to drag me into it? Not on my watch." Salleigh is alone in the Have-Nots room when Lin joins her. Lin tells her she's noticed she doesn't really talk to anyone, Salleigh replies that she's just really shy. Lin takes an opportunity and tells her she's shy as well, and they should form an alliance to protect each other. Salleigh agrees, glad that she found someone to trust in the house. They call themselves the Shy Force.
It's time to pick players for the POV competition! James pulls Britney's chip, Max pulls Roxy's chip and Sara pulls the Houseguest's Choice chip. She choses Tim. In this POV competiton, the players have to swim through a smelly swamp to find letters in a limited amount of time. The one with the longest word spelled out wins. During the swim part of the competiton, we can clearly see that James, Max, Roxy and Britney are the fastest. In the spelling part, Tim spells the word "seil", which is not only a four-letter word but also misspelled, giving 0 points to Tim. Britney comments in the DR: "Tim sucks. He's so dumb, like he can't even spell the word "seal". I guess jocks are really a bunch of idiots, right?". Max spells the word " spiteful", giving him 8 points. Sara spells the word "garden", giving her 6 points. James spells "bathing", giving him 7 points. Britney spells "nonsense", giving her 8 points and being tied to Max. Roxy spells "overrated", giving her 9 points and getting the POV.
Roxy is glad she won the Power of Veto. She tells us in the DR that she'd like to gain someone's trust with this power. The Secret Squad meet in the Storage Room, they're pretty angry none of them won the POV. Max tells them they have to convince Roxy to use the POV on one of them. Roxy is talking with James in the HOH Room, James tells her he doesn't want her to use the POV. Roxy agrees but says in the DR: "I'm playing my own game, not James'. So if I want to use the POV, I will." Later, Roxy and Max talk in a bedroom. Max pleas for his safety, saying he'll always be targeted and he could be a shield for Roxy. Roxy states in the DR: "That's a good argument from Max, but I don't want to be alligned with a sinking ship." We are then shown Roxy and Sara speaking by the pool. Sara lays out her arguments about why she should be saved, she'll be loyal and always vote how Roxy wants her to vote. Roxy considers it, saying in the DR: "Someone always voting with me would be good, but Sara could still be a target after this, so maybe I should not use the POV."
In the HOH Room, the alliance of James, Aidan, Jane, Katherine, Cory and Hory is having a meeting. They decide to name their alliance the Power Trackers. James asks them who he should put up if Roxy uses the POV, Aidan suggests Britney, saying she came second in both the HOH and POV competitions. James hesitates since he made a deal with her at the HOH competition. Jane replies that "deals are made to be broken". At the POV ceremony, Roxy decides to use the POV on Sara. Sara is really thankful and hugs her. James nominates Britney in replacement. Shocked, she sits down next to Max. She tells us in the DR: "F**k you James, I will get my revenge. But right now, I need to save myself and shoot down this love bird sitting next to me."
After the POV ceremony, Sara and Roxy meet in a bedroom. Sara hugs Roxy again and thanks her. She begs for Roxy to vote to save Max this week. Roxy agrees and tells her she's loyal to her. In the Storage Room, Max vents to Britney about how James betrayed the two of them because he went back on their deals. Britney nods but tells us in the DR: "Max is so stupid, he winked at James in the HOH competiton and he thinks that counts as a deal, like, how stupid can you be to think that?". Max proposes that they confront James, Britney agrees but rolls her eyes when he turns his back. They both go to the HOH room. Max tells James he was stupid to go back on his deal and he'll regret it. "You better hope I'm not here next week, because I'll get you outta here", he says before storming out. James is confused and asks Britney what was that. Britney reveals Max's "plan" and tells him she just let him do his thing. Britney says it's clearly obvious why he should get rid of Max now and James approves. She also tells him she's not mad at him, but she then says in the DR that she actually is, and that "she'll get him at some point". The Surprise Three are talking in the hammock, Hory and Katherine decide to tell Jenna about the Power Trackers. Jenna thinks they have to continue playing both sides, the other two agree.
Roxy and James talk in the HOH Room. Roxy is pleading for Max to stay, she says that Max is dumb and will pose no threat whatsoever, compared to Britney who is smart and really good at competitions. James admits she has good points and he'll have to think about it. Later, the Power Trackers are having a meeting in the HOH Room. Aidan wants Max gone because of his showmance, while Jane says that Britney needs to go for her physical skills. James is doubting and doesn't know what to do. Jane expresses her feeling in the DR: "James is starting to really piss me off. He should totally agree with me and not listen to Aidan, who was supposed to be the first one to go. This alliance is not going to work."
At the Live Eviction, Britney keeps it simple in her speech, saying Max has to go because of his obvious showmance. Max tells the other housemates that, if he stays, he'll go after James and they won't have to worry. In the end, Max gets evicted in a 9-4 vote, he hugs Tim and VJ, and kisses Sara before exiting the house.
Votes against Max: Aidan, Jane, Katherine, Hory, Jenna, Lin, Salleigh, Gerald, Cory
Votes against Britney: Sara, Roxy, Tim, VJ
Right after the Eviction, it's time for the HOH competition. It's the "throw-a-ball" competiton, where you have to land a ball on the right spot. The first one to land it right wins HOH. A lot of balls are thrown, we can see Katherine, Cory, Sara, Lin and Salleigh quickly falling out of it. The ones throwing the ball closest to the spot are Gerald, Tim, VJ and Britney. After 30 minutes of throwing, Aidan surpisingly throw the ball on the right spot, winning the HOH title. He expresses his joy in the DR: "Oh my God, I just won HOH! (giggles) As a super-fan, I'm so ecstatic!".
The Power Trackers celebrate in the HOH Room. Jane is less happy than the others, she states in the DR that she "would've loved to get Aidan out this week, but it looks like I'm gonna have to wait". Aidan says he needs to go after the four that didn't vote with the majority last week. James wants Tim and VJ on the block since they were both close to winning the competition. The rest of the alliance agrees. In another bedroom, the remnants of The Secret Squad and Roxy are mourning their losses of both Max and the HOH competition. Roxy tells them they need to get Aidan to put a floater on the block. Tim agrees and says that Aidan needs to get "that useless old man Gerald on the block". Roxy secretly rolls her eyes and explains her strategy in the DR: "Tim is an awful reader of the house. It's obvious Aidan and Gerald are close, there's no point in trying that strategy. I'm gonna try to push people like Jenna or Salleigh on the block."
Later, Aidan and Roxy are in the HOH Bathroom. Roxy wants Jenna and Salleigh on the block, she appeals to Aidan's super-fanness and tells him that floaters don't deserve to stay in the house. Aidan is convinced and thanks her. He then joins his alliance in the hot tub and tells them about what happened and that he wants the two girls on the block. Katherine and Hory are both alarmed and the former explains why in the DR: "Jenna is another ally of mine and I can't have her on the block. I need to shake Aidan back to his senses". She tells him that Roxy is really smart and should be put on the block instead. Hory agrees and says that Roxy is unpredictable, remembering him that she surpisingly saved Sara last week, against everyone's will, so they both should be put on the block. James is unconvinced and thinks that VJ and Tim are both more threatening. Aidan hesitates and tells us how he feels in the DR: "I have so many options, I can either nominated two floaters like Jenna or Salleigh, or I can put two physical threats like VJ and Tim, or I can even put Roxy for being a strategic threat and Sara for being her closest ally. It's a really stressful situation, I didn't know being HOH would be this hard!"
At the Nomination Ceremony, Aidan decides to nominate Roxy and Sara, stating in his speech that he's doing "what's best for his game". The Secret Squad meets again, Roxy apologizes for not convincing Aidan and says in the DR: "This is the last time I'm having a meeting with the Secret Squad because I have to work my butt off to stay this week!" It's time for the Have-Nots competition! As the HOH, Aidan has to choose two people to be Have this week, he picks Cory and Gerald. The other twelve housemates are divided in three teams of four, the yellow team, consisting of Salleigh, Sara, VJ and James, the orange team, consisting of Hory, Roxy, Jenna and Jane, and the blue team, consisting of Lin, Katherine, Tim and Britney. The orange team loses and are the Have-Nots this week.
A montage of clips showing Tim and VJ being rude is shown. We can see them farting and burping in public, saying rude comments to the girls and not helping out around the house. A lot of the housemates' eyerolls and complaints are also shown. Roxy describes the situation in the DR: "I'm sooo happy I'm not alligned with those two hooligans anymore, I mean, our ship had already sinked pretty hard, but with their behaviors, it sinked even harder than the frickin' Titanic!".
It's time to pick players for the POV competition! Aidan pulls out Britney's chip, Roxy pulls out Lin's chip and Sara pulls out Gerald's chip. This is a memory competition, where the housemates have to remember and put the right ingredients in their mixers. If they're wrong, it'll explode. The last housemate standing will win the Power of Veto. Gerald is quickly out first, he jokes in the DR that he had "way more memory in his 20's". Sara, Aidan and Lin are out soon after. Britney and Roxy get a lot of ingredients right, until Roxy makes a fatal mistake, giving the POV to Britney. The stylist celebrates in the DR: "Oh my God, yes! This is my first competition win out of many! I'm ready to slay those bitches left and right! I'm definitely gonna use this beautiful necklace to better my position in this game."
In the HOH room, Aidan tells Britney not to use it "or else she'll be gone right after". Britney is offended and trashes Aidan in the DR: "This little bitch will not tell me how to play this game, I'm coming for his ass and he better be ready!". In the Storage Room, Sara begs Britney to use it on her, and says that the two of them should form a "Pretty People Alliance", which gives Britney a lot to consider. Later, in the Lounge, Roxy asks for an alliance with Britney, thinking they could go far together. The POV holder ponders her options in the DR: "I'm 100% gonna use this power to save one of the nominees, just to show Aidan who's the real boss and because I really need a solid ally. I just don't know who to use it on: Sara, the easiest one to manipulate, or Roxy, the one who could help me win competitions?"
At the Power of Veto Ceremony, Britney decides to use it on Roxy, prompting Aidan to nominate Tim in replacement, for his rude behavior. Some people are shocked by Britney's move, while VJ and Tim are fuming over the latter's nomination.
In the HOH Room, the Power Trackers are having a meeting. Aidan thinks Sara should go because of her being socially better than Tim. Katherine replies by saying Tim should go because she's tired of "his and VJ's antics". The alliance is left in a bit of a pickle.
On Eviction Night, Julie shocks everyone by announcing a Double Eviction. In the vote, Roxy throws a vote to save her ally Sara, but the model is evicted in a 11-1 vote.
Votes against Sara: Jane, Katherine, Hory, Jenna, Lin, Salleigh, Gerald, Cory, Britney, VJ, James
Votes against Tim: Roxy
Julie tells the housemates to go to the backyard for the HOH competition. It is a "A or B questions" competition, where they have to answer questions about a short film shown to them earlier this day. Everyone except Tim gets the first question right, then the second one eliminates six of them: Salleigh, Jane, James, Gerald, Cory and Jenna. Britney and Roxy get the next question right, and end up on a tie-breaker. The question is "how many balls were thrown in the Week 2 HOH competiton?". Roxy answers 600 while Britney says 666. The answer is 722 balls, giving Britney the win.
Britney and Roxy immediately go in the Storage Room and celebrate. Britney quickly comes with a plan to backdoor Aidan: she'll pretend to go with the house by putting up Tim and VJ, but she'll pull one of them off and blindside Aidan. Roxy agrees. At the Nomination Ceremony, Britney respects the plan and nominates Tim and VJ.
The POV players are picked. Britney picks Katherine's chip, Tim picks Cory's ship and VJ picks Salleigh's chip. The POV competiton consists of the players jumping in a pool of balls to retrieves two silver power of vetos. The first one to get the two and to buzz the button wins the golden Power of Veto. Britney, Tim and VJ are clearly the quickest. Tim seems to be in first position until he realizes he forgot his second POV, letting enough time for Britney to catch him up and win the Power of Veto.
Britney and Roxy celebrate again in the Storage Room. Tim and VJ soon joins them and Britney reveals her backdoor plan, which makes them ecstatic. James, Hory and a visibly nervous Aidan enters the room as well. The latter tells Britney she "better not use it or [she'll] be the next one to go", which causes Britney to explode and yell "Don't tell me what to do, honey! I'm the f*****g HOH, I could get you out now!". Aidan tells her to shut up and that "everyone will be after you if you backdoor me, you dumb bitch", prompting the stylist to flip him the bird.
At the Power of Veto Ceremony, Britney surprisingly does not use the Power of Veto, stating in her speech that "unlike some people here, I'm playing with my head and not with my heart". The voting is right after, and both Tim and VJ seem really anxious in their speeches. Everyone votes and VJ gets evicted in a unanimous vote.
Votes against VJ: Jane, Katherine, Hory, Jenna, Lin, Salleigh, Gerald, Cory, James, Roxy, Aidan
Votes against Tim: None
After the Double Eviction and VJ's eviction, Aidan is seen celebrating, which prompts Britney to roll her eyes. She explains in the DR that she was planning to backdoor him but Roxy changed her mind. A flashback of the Double Eviction is then displayed: after the fight between Britney and Aidan, the former and Roxy go upstairs. Britney says she's 100% going to backdoor this "dumbass" now, but Roxy tells her it's not a good idea and that would put too big of a target on their backs, it would make Aidan and his clique go after them and that they weren't sure they had the numbers. Britney is seen wondering what to do and the flashback ends. She says in the DR that she didn't let her emotions get the best of her and that she made the smartest decision.
All the houseguests head to the backyard for the new HoH competition. They have to cross a obstacle course to get yellow balls (worth 1 point) in their basket, if they'd like, they can cross a harder obstacle course to get purple balls (worth 3 points). James, Tim and Aidan decide to take the harder course but the two latter have too much adrenaline in their bodies, which causes them to fall a lot. In the shorter course, Hory, Jane and Roxy are in the lead. The competition ends. The houseguests count their points and James' in the lead with 27 points. Hory gets 26 points while Roxy gets 23. Jane's score is 29 and she is the new HoH!
The Power Trackers celebrate in the Lounge and Aidan says he's so glad they're in control for the third week in a row. Jane frowns and says in the DR that she's planning to backdoor Aidan this week because he "thinks he's in charge and I can't stand his antics anymore". James throws out the plan to backdoor Britney, Jane lies and says she agrees; Hory thinks she should put Roxy and Tim as pawns, to maximize the chances of the Veto being used.
It's time for the Have-Nots competiton! Jane is HoH and automatically a Have, so the 12 others are divided into three teams of four. The red team, composed of Hory, Jenna, Roxy and James, the blue team, with Lin, Katherine, Gerald and Tim, and the yellow team, including Salleigh, Cory, Britney and Aidan. The blue team lose and are the Have-Nots for the week.
Britney and Roxy are seen talking in a room, where they agree they have to talk to Jane to not get put up. They soon join her in the HoH Room where they plead their cases. Jane quickly tells them it's no need and that she's gonna backdoor Aidan but is gonna have to use Roxy has a pawn. Britney and Roxy are ecstatic and hug Jane, even though Roxy is a bit worried about being used as a pawn.
At the Nomination Ceremony, Jane continues playing both sides and nominates Roxy and Tim.
Later, around the pool, Britney and Roxy agree their best chance to get more than a single week in this game is to make an all girls alliance with the HoH Jane, Katherine who they like and Lin/Salleigh who are seen as a duo of floaters. They quickly pass on the idea to Jane and Katherine who are in, the latter saying in the DR that "the more alliances I'm in, the better!". They tell the idea to Lin and Salleigh, who at first agree, but once they get alone, Lin tells her ally it's not a good idea because Britney and Roxy are too threatening.
The Shy Force then goes up to the HoH Room and ask Jane if she really agreed to an alliance with Britney and Roxy. Jane nods and says that she plans to backdoor Aidan for being too controlling, and think an all-girls alliance would be great. The two girls pretend they're on board, until they leave and agree that they need to tell Aidan. Lin insists that she also wants to tell James and keep Katherine's name out because she likes her.
Lin then meets up with James and Aidan in a bedroom, and tells them Britney and Roxy came to her and Salleigh for an alliance with Jane, and that the latter wants to backdoor the sports student. Both of them are shocked, even though Aidan says in the DR that he's not that surprised since he's noticed the dirty looks she's been giving him in every Power Trackers meeting. Aidan then tells them that he's not worried because he knows he has the numbers and if she really puts him up, they'll go after her next week. Lin agrees but James is seen wondering. He tells us in the DR that he's not sure Lin is telling the truth and that he needs to clear this up with Jane.
It's time to pick players for the PoV competiton! Jane picks Cory's chip, Roxy picks Lin's chip and Tim picks Hory's chip. This is the 'Bowlerina' competition, the competing house guests will have to spin around while holding onto metal bars above their heads. After a certain amount of time, a barrier will drop, allowing the house guests to attempt to roll a ball towards bowling pin shaped targets on the other side. After a certain amount of time, the barrier will rise again, requiring the house guest to repeat the process. The first duel opposes the two nominees, Tim gets confused real quick while Roxy manages to hold her focus and win. She picks Hory and Cory to face each other, the long-haired man quickly wins because Cory is too weak to throw his balls harder. Hory chooses Roxy and Lin, the former still manages to not lose her focus and win. Jane versus Hory is the next duel, where Jane falls a lot which gives Hory the win. The final duel opposes Roxy and Hory, the two fight hard but in the end, one person take their last target down first: Roxy.
The jewelry designer is elated to have win the POV, as her, Britney and Jane celebrate in the Storage Room. Jane tells them she's really excited to backdoor Aidan while Britney shares her thoughts in the DR: "Thank God Roxy won the Veto! Now, Aidan and his cocky-ass can finally get the f*ck out!". Jane then heads to the HoH Room to find the Power Trackers and fake celebrate with them. Hory asks her if she's still good with backdooring Britney, she lies and says yes. Hory, Cory and Katherine then leave the room. James takes profit of that to ask her if she really has an alliance with Britney, Roxy, Lin and Salleigh. Jane is surprised and immediately says no, then asks who told them that. Aidan refuses to reveal that information and asks her if she wants to backdoor him. Jane lies and says she never thought about it and wants to backdoor Britney. James states in the DR that he thinks Jane is genuine so he tells her Lin told them. Jane's jaw drops and says she can't believe someone would spread lies about the HoH. She tells us in the DR she's pissed Lin snitched and needs to tell Britney and Roxy.
The three women meet in the lounge, where Jane tells them Lin snitched. The two are shocked and Britney tells her "that bitch needs to go now". Jane agrees but thinks Aidan has more power so she doesn't know what to do. Later, the Power Trackers meet again in the HoH room. Jane tells the rest of the alliance that Lin has been spreading lies about her so maybe it would be best to backdoor her instead of Britney. Katherine agrees and tells us in the DR that she knows Lin isn't lying since she's in the alliance but she doesn't want a snitch to stay in the house. Aidan however, does not agree and still wants Britney gone, he explains in the DR that he still doesn't believe Jane 100% and would rather keep Lin. Jane is even more confused, and doesn't know who to chose.
At the Power of Veto ceremony, Roxy uses the PoV on herself, and Jane decides to replace her with Lin. She recites the following speech: "I have decided to nominate you, Lin, as my replacement nominee because spreading lies about the HoH is really dumb, girl." Lin shakes her head and rolls her eyes, as the ceremony is adjourned.
A few minutes pass after the ceremony, and as most houseguest are in the kitchen, Lin decides to call Jane out by saying that she hasn't lied once in this game and that Jane wanted to be in an alliance with Britney, Roxy, Salleigh, Katherine and herself. Jane lies and says that this is not true. Lin replies by saying that Jane wanted to backdoor Aidan and that she hasn't been loyal to anyone. Jane rolls her eyes and says that this all false and that Lin looks desperate. The economics student then asks why Britney and Roxy came to her saying Jane and Katherine agreed on this alliance. Roxy butts in by saying she's never came to Lin and that this is all lies. Lin is apalled and calls bullsh*t. Roxy tells the other houseguests that she has nothing to lose and that it would be useless for her to lie right now. She tells us in the DR: "As a genius, I have really good manipulative skills and I know how to lie really well, and I totally used those skills today to throw Lin under the bus". Lin shakes her head and lets it go, heading to her bedroom. She lays in her bed, tears in her eyes. Salleigh soon joins her and hugs her, she begins to tear up too and says she doesn't want her to go because she's her closest ally. Lin wipes her tears and swears she'll do anything to stay.
The Power Trackers are having a meeting in the HoH Room, where Jane and Katherine assures them that they never made an alliance with the girls. They want Lin gone because she's too dangerous. The boys at first agree but when Katherine leaves and Jane goes to take a shower, they all think that the two of them are too suspicious and that Lin isn't dumb enough to spread lies about the HoH. James says in the DR that they're gonna have to think real hard about who they're going to trust.
The Surprise Three reunite in a room. Hory asks Katherine if she's in an alliance with the girls, the woman confesses and reveals the truth. She explains in the DR that she has no problem telling everything to Hory and Jenna because they're her core three and the ones she trusts the most. She tells them she's fine with playing both sides and bringing them every information. Once she leaves the room, the rest of the alliance agree that she's becoming more dangerous because of her multiple alliances. Jenna states in the DR that Katherine is a really good player and they're gonna have to keep an eye on her.
In the backyard, Lin is trying to convince James and Aidan to keep her. She tells them that if she stays, she'll go after Jane and will stay loyal to them, unlike the real estate agent who has been making alliances behind their backs. She says that she's proven her loyalty by telling them about the girls alliance. The two men agree, and they think they could get Hory, Cory and Gerald to keep her, as well as obviously Salleigh. She thanks them. Later, James and Aidan talk in the lounge, where they debate about whether to keep Lin or not. Aidan says he wants Jane gone and that keeping Lin would facilitate that. James agrees but thinks that Lin is also a threat for her intelligence, while Tim is no threat at all, he also thinks pissing the HoH off would be dumb. The decision is left unaired.
On Eviction Night, the men decide to stay loyal to Jane and evict Lin in a 9-1 vote.
Votes against Lin: Katherine, Hory, Jenna, Gerald, Cory, James, Roxy, Aidan, Britney
Votes against Tim: Salleigh
After Lin's eviction, James explains in the DR that evicting her was better for his game because he wants to see if he can still work with Jane in the future, as he's still not sure whether she's in a girls alliance or not. All the houseguests then head to the backyard for the new HoH competition. It's called "In The Balance", each houseguest is given a mobile-like setup consisting of multiple rods hanging from each other by strings. Each houseguest also has a number of objects with different weights. The goal of this competition is to hang all of the objects on the mobile. However, they must be balanced properly or the mobile may tip. The first houseguest to get their mobile properly set up without anything touching the ground, and then hit a button will win this competition. James, Britney, Roxy, Gerald and Hory are all doing great jobs and are in the lead, until James manages to be the quickest and win. He immediately has to put three people as Have-Nots, he chooses Britney for never being one, Roxy and Jane. The latter comments in the DR: "If you put Britney for never being a Have-Not, then why don't you put Aidan who's in the same situation? Also, putting me while I've already been a Have-Not twice is down-right mean. There's something fishy going on."
The Power Trackers celebrate in the HoH Room. James throws out the plan to put Britney and Roxy up and evict the one who doesn't win Veto, the alliance agrees. However, the atmosphere is really awkward as no one really talks because of Jane's presence, Jane quickly catches on and says in the DR that she didn't feel welcome at all. As soon as she leaves the room, Aidan says he doesn't trust her and doesn't want her in the alliance anymore, they all agree even though James is a bit hesitant. Hory proposes Jenna as a replacement in the alliance, which is accepted. He goes downstair to get her...
