On day one, 12 complete strangers entered the Big Brother house. Immediately they all sat in the living room and introduced one another. Some told a lot about themselves, such as Diana who seemed very warm and welcoming. Others stayed more reserved about certain topics, like Elaina and her rich family or Darren and his success as an actor on Broadway. After all the new faces got to become familiar with one another, an new problem arose. Many houseguests wondered why there were only twelve of them, when there were sixteen plates at the dining room table and typically Big Brother has 16 houseguests. Eric the self-proclaimed superfan announced in the diary room, "I'm a fan of this game, and I know something is up! Expect the unexpected!" Some suggested four returning players whilst others considered an intruders twist. After some hectic theories were thrown out, Julie Chen appeared on the monitor to deliver some news. All twelve houseguests surrounded the monitor and listened to Julie. Julie explained how Big Brother has produced some of the most memorable and competitive houseguests this game has ever seen. She went on to announce to the houseguests that they were going to be playing with four former players this season.
After this announcement, some houseguests gasped in shock. The camera zoomed into Whitney's face as her mouth gaped open in complete shock. Some houseguests shouted out familiar names as to who they thought would be returning. "Audra!" "Santana!" "What about Nev?" "Remember Kelley losing the fan vote for All-Stars?" After some hectic questions and conversation, Julie exclaimed to the houseguests, "Get ready to meet your new houseguests!" The iconic door bell ring happened and immediately people went nuts as Miggy from Big Brother 5 (JTS618) walked in through the door. Miggy, ecstatic, hugged everyone and gave handshakes to many of the men. Miggy claimed in the diary room, "I'm so stoked to be back! Can't wait to get some redemption this time and finished what I started back on season five!"
After a few moments of cheering with Miggy's arrival the doorbell rang again. Soon enough, Anjaya from Big Brother 5 (JTS618) walked into the Big Brother house wearing an elegant mauve colored dress. Miggy and Anjaya immediately locked eyes and hugged one another. Anjaya made her way around to all of the houseguests and hugged most of them. The doorbell rang again and Max Silva from Big Brother 2 (JTS618) walked in. Some houseguests were not as familiar with him, but superfan Eric was in awe. Eric claimed in the diary room, "This man is iconic! He is not afraid to rip you to shreds in the DR!" Max walked through and hugged all of the houseguests and the scene eventually cut to Max sitting in the diary room in which he says and chuckles afterwards, "I'm back bitches! Can't wait to spill some tea in here this season!"
The houseguests then waited in suspense as it was soon time for the fourth and final veteran to return to the game. "I hope it's Kelley," Aubrey murmured under her breath. Soon enough, Kelley from Big Brother 4 (JTS618) entered the house and she seemed to be met with the most introductions. Kelley greeted herself to all the houseguests and then made her way to the other veterans and said her hellos to them. Kelley stated in the diary room with a sigh, "I can't believe I'm back! I am not wasting my opportunity this time!"
Although the majority of the houseguests were elated with the arrival of these former players, some were not happy and believed the vets should be the first target. This group mainly consisted of James,Shane, J.J., Sigrid, and Elaina. They all agreed on a pact of four to go after the veterans. Another clip was shown of Anjaya, Kelley, Max, and Miggy all sitting in a bedroom. They all agreed to stay together because they were at a numbers disadvantage. After this Julie Chen appeared on the monitor and explained that the houseguests should get ready because the first Head of Household competition of the summer would soon commence.
In the backyard there is four stations that each have three platforms that separate them from another platform. The four veterans are each standing on their own platform. The 12 remaining houseguests are standing on the ground as Julie explains they will be competing in teams this year. She explains to the vets that they will each pick a houseguest at a random order and then the order will reverse until all four teams are made. The teams turned out as follows: Team Miggy (J.J., Elaina, Whitney), Team Kelley (Aubrey, Darren, Eric), Team Anjaya (James, Paula, Carl), Team Max (Diana, Shane, Sigrid).
After the teams were made and ready to go, Julie explained the first Head of Household competition. This competition was called Big Brother Orientation and it required the houseguests to jump across three moving platforms to retrieve a book and bring it back to their starting platform. Once they have all four books, one houseguest must go through the obstacle one last time and press the button. If they fall at any time they must restart on the platform they fell off of. Julie explained that the first team to finish the challenge would have to distribute four prizes amongst themselves. She also explained that the last team to complete would be the Have-Nots for the week. The second and third placed teams would receive nothing. Once all the houseguests understood what to do, it was time to begin the crazy competition. In the beginning it was obvious that Team Miggy was the most competitive despite Elaina's multiple failures. Team Anjaya proved to be performing the worst out of all the groups, however, most groups seemed very steady.
After quite some time it was Team Miggy and Team Kelley that were neck and neck for the first place position. It finally came down to Aubrey returning her book and Darren immediately jumped to each platform, practically like a professional, and giving Team Kelley the win. But Julie told the houseguests to continue because they were now fighting for their rights to food this week. Team Miggy finished second and quickly afterwards Team Max placed third. Team Anjaya lost the competition and they became the first Have-Nots of the summer. After the competition, Julie explained to Team Kelley the four prizes that must be distributed amongst them. She explained that 1 houseguest must be the first HOH, 1 houseguest will get a Never-Not Pass exempting them from becoming a Have-Not, 1 houseguest must receive $1,000, and the other houseguest must receive a secret power that will be revealed to them in the diary room. The group of four discussed how they planned to divvy up the prizes. Eric immediately stated he didn't want HOH and even stated in the diary room, "I'm a huge fan of this game and I know how dangerous winning the first HOH can be, plus I want to lay low this first week!" The three newbies of Team Kelley suggested that Kelley take the HOH since she is a veteran and has had previous experience. Kelley accepted the HOH offer stating in the diary room, "I already have a target on my back, so why not take this HOH!" After some discussion the final prizes were: HOH (Kelley), $1,000 (Eric), Never-Not Pass (Darren), Secret Power (Aubrey).
After all the decision making was made for the HOH competition, the houseguests went back inside. Quickly groups of people were going into different rooms. In one bedroom J.J. gathered Elaina, Shane, Sigrid, and James. The five of them discussed they're anger at Kelley's HOH and how for a fact a newbie would be evicted. They wanted to form the Anti-Veteran Alliance but they knew they needed numbers, but also needed to be careful who they talked too because some newbies were already getting very close with the vets. Anjaya, Kelley, Miggy, and Max gathered in the Head of Household bedroom and discussed working together and what potential newbies they could work with. They all decided that forming an alliance of 8 in which they all took their closest ally from their team would be the best bet. Anjaya chose Paula, Max chose Diana, but Miggy claimed he didn't trust anyone from his team. He figured Aubrey and Eric were more trustworthy anyway. Darren also became a member, which caused a 9 person alliance and it contained all of Kelley's team. These nine people swore they would work together for these major weeks.
Aubrey was eventually called to the Diary Room and she received her secret power which was revealed to be the Pocket Nomination. Aubrey was very excited to hold this power and she immediately went to her closest ally, Kelley, and told her about it. Kelley and Aubrey became very close and trusted each other very much. Kelley also informed Aubrey that keeping the PN would be the best option right now, especially since Kelley was in power anyways. The overall consensus of Kelley and her allies was to put Carl and Elaina on the block but only as pawns for a much bigger target in James. They believed that James was at the forefront of the Anti-Vet Alliance and the best option would be for him to be backdoored. Kelley had a conversation with Carl the previous day pertaining to him being a pawn and although hesitant at first, Carl agreed to the deals Kelley made. On the day of nominations, Kelley decided to go through with her original plan and place Carl and Elaina on the block. Aubrey did not use the Pocket Nomination.
Elaina, emotional, chose to find consolation with James and J.J.. Both men were very aware to the potential of a backdoor plan for one of them. They both discussed how it makes no sense for them to target Elaina and there was obviously a bigger plan being put into effect. Eventually, it was time to chose players for the first Power of Veto competition of the summer. The official players of the first veto competition were Kelley, Elaina, Carl, Eric, Darren, and James. This veto challenge was called Taco Tuesday and it required the houseguests, dressed as tacos, to find as many taco names as they could. They would each use a master list to use as a guide to complete their list. The first person to ring in with all the correct names in order to match the master list, will win the golden power of veto. In the beginning many players struggled, namely the nominees, Elaina and Carl. The main competition was showing between superfan Eric and Anti-Vet Alliance leader James. Once the intense competition was over, it was revealed that Eric had won the competition beating James who switched two tiles around when creating his list. Eric, the superfan, rejoiced in his victory and lifelong dream to wear the golden veto necklace around his neck.
James felt much defeated after his loss against Eric, and he now feared a potential backdoor plan being sent his way. Allies J.J. and Shane tell James not to worry and Sigrid consoled an upset Elaina. The Vet Alliance had a discussion in the HOH bedroom and they discussed the veto and what the overall plan should be for the week. Many people, namely Anjaya and Kelley voiced that James was the forefront of the Anti-Vet Alliance and it would be best to eliminate him to allow the others to scatter and scramble. Eric chimed in and asked who the veto should be used on. Kelley suggested that Carl stay on the block, and since they have the numbers they can easily use this as a plot of trust to use against Carl in the future. For the most part, everything that was said in the discussion was agreed on and the alliance went ahead with their plan. Eric used the veto on Elaina and Kelley named James as the replacement nominee. James mutters "shocker" as he goes to take a seat in the respective nomination chair. Eric closes out the veto ceremony and the house goes into it's regular function.
James, not ready to leave, decides it's time to garner some potential sway votes. James knew he needed seven votes to stay so he went and tried to find them in Paula and Diana. Paula and Diana told James what he wanted to hear, and their intentions were still fully true to the vet alliance. Despite all of James' efforts, eviction day arrived and James was the first evicted houseguest from the game by a vote of 8-5 only garnering Shane, Elaina, Sigrid, J.J., and Whitney's votes.
Votes for James: Anjaya, Aubrey, Darren, Diana, Eric, Max, Miggy, and Paula
Votes for Carl: Elaina, J.J., Shane, Sigrid, and Whitney
Following James' eviction from the game, the remaining houseguests competed in an HOH competition called Life's A Circus and it required the houseguests to work in teams to cross a balance beam to retrieve a ball. Once thirty balls were collected one member would get the final circus ball and that person would become the new Head of Household. If a houseguest falls off a beam they are eliminated and all the balls that the team collected will be lost. From the beginning of the challenge it was clear that Team Kelley and Team Max were prospering. Shane pulled out all the stops and tried his hardest to win, which made Max wonder if throwing the competition would be a smart move. Aubrey and Darren helped contribute to the early success of Team Kelley. Eric even noted in the diary room his horrible balance and overall disaster performance at the challenge. As the challenge progressed some teams were dwindling down such as Paula being the only remaining player of Team Anjaya and Elaina being eliminated from Team Miggy. After a very long competition, Shane was in it for the long stretch, and despite Max's goal to stop Shane, Shane had already begun his journey across the beam and retrieved the final ball giving him the title of Head of Household. For having the least amount off balls collected, Team Anjaya became Have-Nots for their second week in a row.
Immediately after his win, Shane and the other members of the Anti-Vet Alliance celebrated in one of the bedrooms. Shane and J.J. especially shared the excitement to one another as well as in the diary room. The Vet Alliance, especially Kelley began to grow worrisome to the shift in power. Kelley also stated in the diary room that, "it's time to get to work!" J.J. and Shane continue their celebration and eventually begin to discuss targets. Obviously, the men were not the biggest fans of the returnees, however, they believed that evicting some of the newbies that are close to the vets would be sufficient. Shane stressed that his biggest threat would be Kelley and Miggy because they were both very strong and physical players. J.J. suggested potentially nominating Kelley and Aubrey side by side. Kelley would be the initial target and if she won veto, then Aubrey would be the next best thing to send out the door.
Many people in the Vets Alliance began to become worried namely Kelley. Aubrey and Kelley discussed the potential of using the Pocket Nomination. Kelley told Aubrey she was not opposed to using the power, however, she believed they needed to have a definite look at the nominees before a decision could be made. Aubrey brought up the potential that Kelley would be nominated. Kelley responded, "Put one of them up next to me. I'm not afraid to compete against them." It was eventually time for Shane to reveal his nominations to the house. Shane nominated Kelley and Aubrey for eviction, citing that they had a very strong bond with one another and Shane felt that their partnership was the biggest threat to him. Before Shane ended the nomination ceremony, Aubrey stood up and revealed that she was going to use her secret power that she won from the first HOH competition. Some faces showed pure shock, meanwhile some, like Kelley and Miggy showed huge smiles. Aubrey explained her Pocket Nomination power and nominated J.J. as the third nominee. Head of Household Shane looked down to the ground in anger that his closest ally was now on the block.
After the ceremony, J.J. was visibly annoyed and he even expressed in the diary room, "No matter how hard I try, these people find ways to knock me down! But I'm not giving up because if I win that veto, nobody will go up and Aubrey and Kelley will stay nominated!" A quick clip of Aubrey and Kelley celebrating, joined by Eric, Miggy, and Anjaya was shown. Aubrey proceeded to ask her fellow alliance members, "Is he pissed?" They all told her yes, but Aubrey clearly did not care. Another clip of a defeated J.J. and Shane was seen. J.J. even claimed he wasn't mad at Aubrey, but he was more angry with Kelley because he assumed that Kelley was in Aubrey's ear, telling Aubrey to make these decisions. Word eventually made its way around back to Aubrey that J.J. was saying this stuff. Aubrey told Kelley, and Aubrey wanted to dismiss the entire thing, but Kelley wanted to confront J.J. Kelley decided to bring up the conversation with J.J. in the living room. J.J. quickly became irritated by the fact that Kelley felt the need to bring up the issue. This caused J.J. to raise his voice, thus causing Kelley to become louder as well. The argument had some heated words, but it ended very quickly as it soon caused a scene. J.J. left the living room and went outside, while Kelley stayed inside, presuming to call J.J. "a hot-headed idiot."
Eventually, it was time to draw players for the veto competition. Shane, Aubrey, Kelley, J.J., Sigrid, and Anjaya were the competitors for the POV competition. For the veto it was an equal split between alliances. Shane, J.J., and Sigrid for the Anti-Vets and Aubrey, Kelley, and Anjaya for the Vets. The Anti-Vets discussed how having the veto used on J.J. would be very crucial for their survival. Kelley seemed very nonchalant and worry free going into the competition. Aubrey tried to remind Kelley not to get severely cocky because it could cause her to lose the competition. The POV competition was called Ace of Spades and it required the houseguests to face off in a large dice. Each time, the veto host will spin the wheel and give a number the players must get. The first player to get the number correct, moves on. The loser is eliminated, and once five people have been eliminated, the veto winner will be crowned. In the first round, Sigrid had to choose her competitor. Sigrid chose to challenge Kelley. Kelley easily beat Sigrid, and Sigrid was the first person eliminated from the challenge. As the winner, Kelley got to choose the next two competitors and she chose J.J. and Shane. It was a very tight battle, but it was Shane who remained victorious, eliminating J.J.. He was very upset at his loss. Shane chose Kelley and Aubrey as the next pair to face off. It was yet again a very close race, but Kelley beat Aubrey by seconds. Shane and Anjaya were the next to face off, and Anjaya decided she wanted to stay invisible this week and try to throw the challenge, knowing they'd have the numbers either way to send J.J. home. Anjaya lost, causing a final showdown between Kelley and Shane. It was a very intense battle, but Kelley emerged victorious by literal seconds. Both Shane and J.J. looked devastated, as well as the entire Anti-Vet Alliance. Sigrid even claimed in the DR, "I hate working with these bimbos. We can't ever win anything!" Kelley rejoiced in her victory and celebrated with her fellow alliance members.
Knowing Kelley would use the veto on herself, Shane and the other Anti-Vet alliance members tried to think of a better nomination against Aubrey, in the hopes to send Aubrey home. Eventually they came down to Paula and Diana, seeing as if they were the most likable inidividuals left in the game. They also did not want to nominate another vet, in the hopes to keep their intentions against the veterans a secret. In a house divided, it was very difficult to get any information from other houseguests when pertaining re-nominations. At the veto ceremony, Kelley used the veto on herself as assumed, and Shane decided to name Paula the replacement nominee, seeing her as more likable and less threatening than Aubrey. Now with Aubrey still on the block, Kelley and the rest of the alliance wanted to make sure everybody was staying solid through the week. This, however, did not stop J.J. or his alliance to continue campaigning. Sigrid often complained to Elaina and Whitney how she was sick and tired of working in the Anti-Vet alliance and this made Shane grew worrisome of Sigrid's loyalties.
J.J. tried to garner many votes including Whitney, Diana, Anjaya, and Max. J.J. made the argument to these four, that he also had Elaina and Sigrid's votes, which would give them the six they needed for him to survive. Anjaya and Max were open, but they wanted to stay loyal to the alliance for a few more weeks until they decided it was time to rock the boat. Aubrey also did her best to keep her alliance in tact, worrying that J.J.'s campaigning could have been working. On the day of the eviction, Paula stayed calm in her eviction speech, but both Aubrey and J.J. made promising pleas to potential swing votes. When the results came in, it was revealed that J.J. had been evicted by a vote of 9-2-0 and placing 15th overall. J.J. said goodbye to all of his houseguests and claimed he had no regrets.
Votes for J.J.- Anjaya, Carl, Darren, Diana, Eric, Kelley, Max, Miggy, and Whitney
Votes for Aubrey- Elaina and Sigrid
Votes for Paula- None
Following J.J's eviction, the remaining houseguests competed for Head of Household. The competition was called, Trick Shots, and it required the houseguests to be divided by their respective teams. Dressed as basketball players, each player from the team would take a turn and bounce a miniature basketball off of a trampoline into a series of numbered "nets". Each round, the player with the lowest score would be eliminated. The first whole team to be eliminated will become the Have-Nots. During the final round the second place finisher will receive the Pocket Nomination power and the first place finisher will be crowned as HOH. In the first round, it was Aubrey vs Miggy vs Sigrid vs Anjaya. Anjaya scored the lowest and was eliminated. The next round was Kelley vs Whitney vs Max vs Paula. Whitney was eliminated. The cycle continued until Darren, Eric, Elaina, Carl, Max, and Kelley were the next players eliminated. Diana was next eliminated, and the next battle was even by teams with Sigrid vs Paula vs Miggy vs Aubrey. Miggy scored the lowest and was eliminated, as well as made his team the Have-Nots for the week. In the next round, Paula was eliminated, assuring at least HOH or PN for Sigrid and Aubrey. In the final face-off, Aubrey scored the highest point and became the next HOH and Sigrid became the newest holder of the Pocket Nomination. Aubrey celebrated loudly as this was her dream as a superfan to finally win a Head of Household competition.
Immediately after her victory, Aubrey and some other members of her alliance quickly celebrated. When the group eventually dispersed, it was only Aubrey, Kelley, Darren, and Miggy left in the storage room. They all agreed that Shane was the obvious target, but they believed a backdoor was the best option. Knowing Sigrid has the Pocket Nomination, Aubrey wanted to have a discussion with her to see where her head was at. In the next few hours, Aubrey called Sigrid up to her HOH room to be alone and talk strategy. Both women laughed at how they each wanted to talk to each other anyways. Sigrid explained to Aubrey how she is tired of being in the minority and losing, and now that she has power, she wanted to put it to good use. Aubrey completely agreed, and Sigrid struck a deal that Aubrey could not pass down. Sigrid claimed that she would not use the Pocket Nomination if she was not nominated, and in return she would vote whichever way Aubrey and her alliance wanted her to. Aubrey liked everything that Sigrid said, and she mostly believed it, given Sigrid's past distaste for the losing streak of the Anti-Vet alliance. Aubrey and Sigrid hugged and shook hands to solidify the deal they made. Sigrid claimed in the diary room, "Now that I have power, it's time to put it to good use. I didn't come here to be with a bunch of losers. I'm making my way up to becoming a mastermind in the game!"
After her discussion with Sigrid, Aubrey decided to consult her team and alliance with nominations. The initial conversation included Kelley, Miggy, Anjaya, Max, and Darren. Eric, Diana, and Paula would be informed later. Aubrey and the rest of the alliance believed that Elaina and Whitney would be the best options for pawns, in hopes to backdoor Shane. Despite being his only two remaining team members, Miggy agreed to the plan. Miggy even stated how his entire team was against him anyways. But Miggy also wanted reassurance that if the veto were not used, Elaina would go over Whitney and they all agreed. Shane even attempted to save himself, but he was told about the Elaina/Whitney nomination, but he still remained skeptical. At the nomination ceremony, Aubrey stuck with her original plan and named Elaina and Whitney the nominees. Sigrid did not use her PN power, as promised.
Moments after the ceremony, Elaina became very emotional, with team captain, Miggy, left to console. Elaina moped on and on about how she felt isolated from the group and she wasn't making special connections. She also tears up at the fact that not only was she nominated, but also put on slop the entire week. Miggy tried to console his teammate and stated in the diary room, "I may not have a close connection with Elaina, and she's not in my alliance or circle of trust, but she is my teammate and we're both suffering through slop this week. I know what it's like to be in those chairs and I wanted her to realize she needs to suck it up and fight for her right to stay." As Miggy consoles Elaina in the Have-Not bedroom, Whitney also joins them. With all three members in the room, Miggy decided this would be the prime oppurtunity to give Whitney and Elaina a motivational pep talk. Miggy did his best at lifting their spirits, and Elaina eventually stopped crying. The scene was ended with a huge group hug amongst the three of them.
Aubrey, Elaina, Whitney, Miggy, Eric, and Diana were the competitors for the veto competition. The POV competition was called, Dish of Disaster, and it required the houseguests dressed as large meatballs to maneuver themselves through a tangled set of ropes stylized as noodles. Once the houseguest believed they had enough rope to make it across the balance beam and hit their button would win the golden Power of Veto. If a houseguest falls off the balance beam, they are eliminated and will fall into a pool of "spaghetti sauce." From the start of the challenge, Aubrey and Miggy seemed to have the edge, with Elaina, surprisingly not too far behind. Eric and Whitney failed miserably, causing many hilarious scenes for the viewers. Aubrey and Miggy practically made a run for the balance beam at the same time, but as Aubrey moved closer on the beam, she realized her rope did not have enough and she made her way back. Miggy, on the other hand, easily made it across the beam, and won his first competition of the season.
With Miggy's win, the vets and Aubrey saw this as an oppurtunity to strike againt a huge threat, such as Shane. Miggy gathered Elaina and Whitney in the Have-Not room and celebrated, but also explained that this veto could only save one of them, but he told them both that there were bigger targets in mind, and they were both making it through the week safe. But now, Miggy had a daunting task ahead of him, which girl would he use the veto on? Personally and strategically, Miggy was closer to Whitney, and Miggy really never had much of a bond with Elaina. He also noted how Elaina was much more emotional to being nominated than Whitney, and that could pose a potential threat to the overall plan. Miggy weighed the options in his mind, and even tried to get some advice from fellow alliance members. Many felt that Elaina should stay up and be basically punished for her work in the Anti-Vet Alliance as well as her closer connection to Shane compared to Whitney. At the veto ceremony, Miggy used the veto on Whitney and Aubrey named Shane the replacement nominee, and he was not surprised at all.
After the veto ceremony, Shane knew he was in deep trouble. He knew that a backdoor plan was most definitley put into effect for his eviction. He tried talking to people to get votes, but it seemed like a done deal. No matter how hard Shane tried, everyone in the house wanted him gone, especially over a weaker player like Elaina. Shane did get emotional a little bit, which caused team member and former ally, Sigrid, to console him. She knew that she basically abandoned the Anti-Vet alliance and it sort of led to his eviction. Despite any efforts made by Shane, nothing saved him and he was evicted from the game in the first unanimous vote of the season, 11-0.
Votes for Shane- Anjaya, Carl, Darren, Diana, Eric, Kelley, Max, Miggy, Paula, Sigrid, and Whitney
Votes for Elaina- None
Following Shane's eviction, the houseguests competed individually in a challenge called, Loopy Memory, and it required the houseguests to answer questions about looped videos from events in the house that were shown to them the previous day. The last person standing would be crowned the new HOH, and the first complete team to be eliminated would become the Have-Nots. The first question only tricked Carl and Elaina, causing them to be eliminated first. The second and third questions, everybody correctly answered. The fourth question eliminated Darren, Eric, and Whitney. Anjaya was eliminated next, with Miggy in the next question. Team Miggy was eliminated first team-wise and they would be have-nots yet again this week, much to Elaina's disapproval. Sigrid, Paula, Max, Diana, and Kelley were the remaining competitors. The seventh question costed Sigrid, Paula, and Kelley the win. The final two were Max and Diana, and this was the last question before a tie-breaker. A tie-breaker was not needed, however, as each player chose a different answer. Diana chose the answer correctly, and gave Diana her first win and HOH of the summer.
Immediately after her win, the entire vet alliance celebrated, but what happened after the celebration was different. Diana kept Max, Anjaya, and Paula in the storage room to explain how she was ready to demolish the alliance and go after powerhouses, Aubrey and Kelley. Aubrey and Kelley went to a bedroom and had a talk with Miggy and Darren about how they didn't trust Diana or Paula, and they believed Diana was going to take a shot at them this week. Diana told Paula, Anjaya, and Max that she was leaning towards backdooring Aubrey or Kelley, and none of them were necessarily opposed. Diana stressed that she did not want to waste her HOH with an Elaina or Whitney eviction, but she devised a plan. Diana's plan was to put Elaina and Whitney on the block as pawns and try to backdoor Kelley. However, if the veto were to be used, she would be okay with either Elaina or Whitney being evicted.
Diana decided to stick with her original plan, and she nominated Elaina and Whitney for eviction. Sigrid did not use the PN. Elaina left the ceremony in a heated manner and began to cry as she went to the Have-Not room. Whitney followed her and Sigrdd rolled her eyes. Elaina began to cry yet again about being nominated and being a Have-Not. Whitney, somewhat irritated, decided to tell Elaina that she will be fine and she needs to start accepting what's happening in her life rather than crying about it. Both Whitney and Sigrid claim in the diary room that they are sick of Elaina's entitlement and how she acts like everything should be handed to her. "This girl hasn't worked a day in her life!" exclaimed Sigrid. Elaina, still sobbing, tried to express her frustration, but Whitney would not allow her, and left the room in a heated manner. "I have experienced the same exact thing as this girl, yet she finds it acceptable to cry and whine!? I'm sick of Elaina's entitled ass and self-centered personality!" claimed Whitney in the diary room.
Kelley, Aubrey, Miggy, Darren, Eric, and Sigrid had a conversation about Diana and whether or not she would strike against the alliance. All of them felt that Diana would do it, and a division was happening. Kelley claimed that she believed Anjaya and Max were feeding Paula and Diana false information about her, to try and have Kelley backdoored. Sigrid, however, believed that they wouldn't have enough votes so it would be a stupid move, but the houseguests soon realized the vote would actually be 5-5, and Diana would have to break the tie. Diana, Elaina, Whitney, Paula, Max, and Darren were the competitors for the veto competition. The competition was called, Frog Hop, and it required the houseguests to each take a turn shooting a "frog", and whoever scored the lowest would be eliminated. At the end, the last player standing would win the veto. In the first round, Whitney was eliminated followed by Max and then Elaina. Darren was eliminated next and it came down to Paula and Diana. Diana scored a lower score and Paula won the veto.
Working closely with Paula, Diana realized that if Elaina was pulled down and a deal was made with her, they could easily convince her to vote their way, and take a big player out, like Kelley or Aubrey. With Elaina's vote the final vote would be tied, but Diana would make the final decision. When told this, Elaina agreed, but Elaina was still upset with Whitney and sort of wanted to see her evicted instead. Anjaya and Max pushed for Kelley to be the replacement, and that was what Diana planned all along. However, when Diana, Anjaya, Max, and Paula spoke with the Vet Alliance, they claimed the veto would not be used, and Elaina would be the target. At the veto meeting, some players seemed shocked when Paula used the veto on Elaina, but became even more shocked when Diana named Kelley the replacement nominee. After the ceremony, all hell broke loose within the house.
Right after Diana closed the ceremony, Kelley stood up and pointed directly at Diana and said, "You're a f**king liar! Lied straight to my face! Some alliance we had!" Diana shrugged it off and tried to maintain her posture. "Kelley, you're a threat," Diana said, but Kelley exclaimed she didn't want to hear it. Aubrey became somewhat emotional, but she knew this would happen. Kelley decided to find votes, but the only potential swing votes were Carl and Elaina. She knew Elaina was most likely voting with Diana's clan, so her only possible outlet was Carl. Carl was conflicted, but he felt more included in Diana's alliance. The rest of the week was filled with tension between Diana and Kelley, and some other houseguests. Sigrid called Max and Diana "weak" and they had "no backbone in the game." Max and Diana typically shrugged off the insults, with Max even stating in the diary room, "These bitches are angry because we outplayed them, and they can't handle it! Like give me a break!"
On the day of the eviction, Kelley delievered an iconic eviction speech, and managed to drag Max, Anjaya, Diana, and Paula's names through the dirt. She called them spineless, and she even called out Anjaya, stating, "She's the mastermind behind everything. That's how she played back in 5." She also put some jabs towards Elaina and her "crybaby attitude" and entitlement, and how Elaina has never worked a day in her life. When the votes came, Carl sided with the Diana alliance, and the vote was tied 5-5. This caused Diana to break the tie, and ultimately choosing to evict Kelley. Kelley only said goodbye to Aubrey, Eric, Miggy, Sigrid, Whitney, and Darren on her way out the door. "Get Anjaya and Diana out!" she added as her final jab as she walked out the door to meet with Julie.
Votes for Kelley- Anjaya, Carl, Diana, Elaina, Max, and Paula
Votes for Whitney- Aubrey, Darren, Eric, Miggy, and Sigrid
Following Kelley's eviction, the houseguests competed in an individual HOH called, True or False, in which they were asked questions about the house. Aubrey won the HOH and practically screamed in joy at her victory, especially after losing her number one ally, Kelley. She ran across the yard and gave Miggy a huge hug and they all celebrated. She even said before the episode ended, "This was for you Kelley!" as she kissed the HOH key. With Aubrey's victory, a clear division was formed within the house. On one side there was Miggy, Aubrey, Darren, Eric, Sigrid, and Whitney. The other side consisted of Anjaya, Max, Diana, Paula, Elaina, and Carl. With Kelley gone, Aubrey also found a new number one ally in Miggy and they bonded very quickly and easily.
Aubrey discussed with her alliance about nomination plans. Diana was easily Aubrey's number one target, but Aubrey wondered which pair should be nominated. She thought about either placing Anjaya and Max on the block or Diana and Paula. Sigrid asked about the Pocket Nomination, but the alliance agreed that it would be best for Sigrid to hold onto the power, especially since the house was so divided. After having conversations with Anjaya, Max, Diana, and Paula separately, Aubrey determined her main goal was to place Diana and Paula on the block and send Diana out the door because she is willing to make risky moves. If one of them came down, Anjaya was going to be considered as a renomination and a potential backdoor.
On the day of nominations, Aubrey decided to nominate allies Paula and Diana next to one another stating, "You went after my closest ally, now you can feel what it's like to be on the block together." Paula and Diana were not shocked at all by Aubrey's nominations. Sigrid did not use the Pocket Nomination. With the veto competition looming, Anjaya and Max discussed what their game plan would be if one of them came down. Max explained that they would do everything in their power to convince Elaina to be named the replacement, and try to garner votes to get her out. Seeing that as unrealistic, Anjaya asked Max if she was nominated against Paula, who would he vote out. He immediately stated he would vote Paula out over her, but Anjaya was worried she wouldn't have the votes to stay over Paula or even over Diana. Max told her not to worry.
Aubrey, Diana, Paula, Max, Eric, and Sigrid were chosen to compete in the Power of Veto competition. The competition was called OTEV The Grumpy Gorilla, and it required the houseguests dressed as jungle explorers, to find bananas with names in the jungle. Each round OTEV will describe a different competition that has been played so far this season and the houseguests must retrieve the correct banana. The last player to make it to OTEV will be eliminated. In the first round, Paula and Max appeared to have the most difficulty, but it was ultimately Paula who was eliminated in the first round. The second round claimed Max and the third round claimed Eric. The three remaining players were Aubrey, Diana, and Sigrid. Aubrey and Sigrid knew that Diana could not win this veto and save herself. Unfortunately, Aubrey was eliminated in the next round and the final battle came down to Sigrid and Diana. In the final round, it was very intense, but it all came to and end when Sigrid found the banana and took her first win of the summer! After the competition, Diana was devsastated at her loss, and worried she would be going home over Paula.
Since Sigrid won the veto, she wanted to see what Aubrey was thinking and if she potentially wanted to send Anjaya or Max out the door over Diana. To Aubrey, she felt that personally they could do better in challenges against Anjaya and Max than they could against Diana. Sigrid agreed with Aubrey and she said she was willing to not use the veto. Eventually, Diana approached Miggy, Sigrid, and Aubrey in the HOH room and discussed backdooring Anjaya. Diana claimed that she would be willing to backdoor Anjaya, because she was being sneaky and playing a very low-key game. To her face, they agreed with her but Aubrey claimed she wanted revenge, and Miggy secretly wanted to keep the vets around especially if he needed a desperate alliance to fall back on.
When it finally came down to deciding on whether or not the veto should be used, Sigrid decided not to use it and she kept Diana and Paula on the block side by side. Fearing she was the target, Diana decided it was time to rally votes. Diana tried every angle, and Paula utilized the strategy of staying quiet and under the radar. Despite her efforts, Diana could not force anyone to keep her safe and Diana was evicted from the game in a unanimous 9-0 vote.
Votes for Diana- Anjaya, Carl, Darren, Elaina, Eric, Max, Miggy, and, Whitney
Votes for Paula- None
Week 6 (Part One)
Following Diana's eviction, the houseguests competed in an HOH competition called, Big Brother Top 40, and it played various songs that were about a previous challenge. The first player to ring in correctly if it was HOH or POV will continue. Each round the winner will pick the next two to face off. The first three eliminated players will be Have-Nots. In the first round, Max and Miggy faced off and Miggy was eliminated. Max chose Sigrid and Darren as the next competitors. Darren was eliminated. Sigrid chose Anjaya and Paula to face off. Anjaya was eliminated. Anjaya, Darren, and Miggy became Have-Nots. As the cycle continued it eventually came down to Elaina beating Carl and Sigrid and Max being the only others remaining. Sigrid beat Max and faced Elaina in the final round. Sigrid beat Elaina and Sigrid finally won her first Head of Household competition.
With the win, Sigrid was leaning towards putting Anjaya and Max on the block, which everyone in her alliance agreed upon. Sigrid, however, was having a growing dislike and rivalry with Elaina. Sigrid felt that Elaina was a ball-baby and she was entitled. Sigrid proposed the idea as using Elaina as a pawn, but Aubrey found that to be a little risky. Aubrey's fear was that somehow the votes could be rallied against Elaina and then nor Max nor Anjaya would be sent out the door. Whitney was having a conversation with Elaina, and Elaina decided this was the best time to give all her thoughts on Sigrid. She called Sigrid a bitch, and she believed that Sigrid was running the entire game and she was going to win. Shortly after, Sigrid was having a conversation with Whitney and Miggy in the HOH room when Whitney accidentally hinted at Elaina's crap-talking. This prompted Sigrid to meet Elaina in the kitchen and she repeatedly told Elaina to, "keep my name out of your damn mouth!" and "I'm not afraid to nominate you!" The bickering continued until Elaina went outside to vent to herself.
Despite her rocky relationship with Elaina, Sigrid decided it would be best to nominate Anjaya and Max side by side. Anjaya and Max were not surprised by the decision, but they both wanted to go into the veto and have at least one of them win it. Sigrid, Anjaya, Max, Eric, Darren, and Aubrey are the competitors for the veto competition. The veto is called, Potion Commotion, and it required the houseguests to watch a series of colored "potions". Then they must pour the potions, in order, into their container. If they are right they move on, and if they're wrong they will be eliminated. The first round proved to be easy for all of the players, however, the next two rounds took Max, Sigrid, and Darren out respectively. Aubrey was eliminated next and the final round was between Anjaya and Eric. It was Anjaya who became victorious with the veto.
After the competition, it was a no-brainer that Sigrid would name Elaina as the replacement nominee, but Max was seeing if he would be able to garner the votes he needed to survive the week. Anjaya used the veto on herself and Elaina was named the replacement nominee. Max finally went to work, and he spoke with each individual person about keeping him over Elaina. Sigrid, the HOH, even admitted to her alliance that she would rather see Elaina go because of personal reasons, but she still felt that Max was more of a social and strategic threat. Aubrey and Miggy also were annoyed with Elaina, however, they believed it was best to send Max out of the game over Elaina.
On the day of the eviction, Max's efforts were not enough to keep him in the game, and he was evicted unanimously 8-0 and became the first member of the jury. After Max's eviction, Julie Chen shocked the houseguests and told them that it was a double eviction night, and another houseguest would be leaving.
Week 6 (Part Two)
Following Max's eviction the remaining houseguests competed in an HOH competition called, Who Says?, and it required players to pick which houseguest said a certain line. In the end, it was Paula who won her first HOH of the summer. Paula quickly made her nomination choices as Aubrey and Miggy. Stressed and worried, Sigrid decided to use her Pocket Nomination and named Elaina as the third nominee. Paula, Aubrey, Miggy, Elaina, Carl, and Anjaya were chosen to compete in the veto competition called, Ball Pit HOH. Miggy was able to retrieve his three plastic vetoes and he won. After the competition, Miggy immediately used the veto on himself and Paula named Darren as the replacement. Aubrey, Darren, and Elaina were locked as the nominees. Shortly after the meeting, Whitney and Eric talked to Aubrey, Sigrid, and Miggy in the sitting room and Eric said this would be the best time to take Darren out. Eric even said Darren was the likeable guy and he would be the one to beat in the end. Sigrid wanted to see Elaina go, especially because she used her PN power as well. After the short amount of talking, it was time for the houseguests to vote. The alliance decided to turn on Darren, and he was evicted 4-2-0 and became the second jury member.
Following Darren's eviction the houseguests competed in a wall endurance competition called, Hanging Ten, and the houseguests were also informed that the second to last person left standing (the one that gives HOH to other player), will be rewarded with the PN. The last three hanging on were Aubrey, Sigrid, and Miggy. Sigird slipped and missed out on a shot to win PN or HOH. Aubrey opted to give Miggy his first HOH this summer and she took the PN. Miggy celebrated in his HOH victory.
The house was still clearly divided. On one side, was Aubrey, Eric, Miggy, Sigrid, and Whitney. The other side was Anjaya, Carl, Elaina, and Paula. Despite Anjaya being a popular backdoor target, Miggy secretly wanted to keep Anjaya around because he trusted her and they shared the bond of being the remaining veterans. Miggy's main goal was to either send Elaina out the front door, or Paula out the backdoor. Miggy decided that nominating Carl and Elaina for eviction would be the best bet. And so, Carl and Elaina were nominated. Elaina was worried that she was a target in the game, and she decided to give herself a pep talk by her lonesome. It eventually came time to pick players for the veto competition. Paula, Sigrid, and Aubrey were chosen to compete.
Miggy, Carl, Elaina, Paula, Sigrid, and Aubrey competed in the Stay or Fold competition. The competition proved difficult for Elaina and Miggy, thus creating some hilarious segments for the viewing public. In the end, it was Sigrid who played it safe and smart and she went on to win her second golden power of veto. Despite her hatred towards Elaina, Aubrey wanted to try and convince Sigrid to use the veto so they could backdoor bigger threats, like Paula or Anjaya. Sigrid, who was deeply annoyed with Elaina's presence in the house wanted to finally rid the house and game of Elaina. She even referred to Elaina as a pest that needed to be exterminated.
Aubrey, slightly annoyed, decided that Sigrid should choose on her own whether to use the veto or not because she won it on her own. Aubrey express her annoyance in the diary room, as well as Sigrid, who was getting annoyed with how controlling and demanding Aubrey would become. At the veto meeting, Sigrid decided not to use the veto and she left Carl and Elaina as the final nominees. The rest of the week, Elaina and Sigrid would have multiple disagreement, but none that got too serious or loud. Instead of campaigning to stay, Elaina decided to eat, sleep, cry, and fight. Eventually by the eviction day, everybody was fed up with Elaina's ball-baby attitude and they evicted her unanimously 6-0, making her the third member of the jury.
Votes for Elaina- Anjaya, Aubrey, Eric, Paula, Sigrid, and Whitney
Votes for Carl- None
Following Elaina's eviction, the players competed in an HOH competition called, Eggsiting News, and the houseguests, dressed as news anchors had to successfully maneuver 10 eggs through a chicken wire. The competition was steady between all remaining players, but the main competitors were Sigrid, Paula, and Aubrey. Eventually, Aubrey lost her rhythm and the competition for first was a steady battle between Sigrid and Paula. Although a close race, Sigrid edged out Paula and won HOH by one egg. Paula was upset over her defeat.
Sigrid discussed nominations with her alliance, especially since potential nominees were dwindling. To pass the time, Big Brother, gave the houseguests a fun Have-Not challenge to compete in. The Have-Not competition was called All Dried Up and it required the houseguests to dress as large watermelons. The goal of the watermelon suit was to collect the "juice" and collect enough juice to fill five jugs. Sigrid, sat out as HOH, but also randomly drew a chip from a bag to determine who would be an automatic Have-Not. Sigrid randomly chose Carl's name, making him an official Have-Not for the week. The six remaining houseguests were randomly divided into two teams. Team One consisted of Paula, Whitney, and Miggy. Team Two consisted of Anjaya, Eric, and Aubrey. From the get-go, the teams were evenly accumulating juice, however, Team Two kept a steady rhythm and they beat Team One by half a jug. Paula, Whitney, Carl, and Miggy became the official Have-Nots for the week.
Anjaya became increasingly worried that the target was being put on her, so she decided to have a conversation with Miggy, one of her closest allies left in the game. Miggy told Anjaya that he was going to do everything in his power to keep her off the block, but he stated in the diary room, "I have too many personal connections in this game, it's getting dangerous. I have one with Aubrey, Anjaya, and Whitney and none of them know about the other!" When talking to Sigrid, Miggy realized that her two main targets were Paula and Anjaya with Whitney and Carl as potential pawns. Aubrey and Eric also agreed that Paula or Anjaya should be evicted. Sigrid believed the best option would be nominating both Paula and Anjaya because it was blatantly obvious where everybody stood in the house. Sigrid did exactly what she stated earlier and nominated Paula and Anjaya side by side, with her reasoning being that they were the two strongest women in the house that were coming after her. Before the nominations, Miggy tried to strategize a plan to save Anjaya that included Aubrey's Pocket Nomination. Aubrey believed it would be best to safe to save the power until next week when it ends.
In the early morning, the sleepy houseguests were woken to a very iconic Big Brother "person." Zingbot made his appearance in the Big Brother house and delivered some zings to the houseguests in the kitchen. He poked fun at Eric as a superfan nerd, Anjaya for playing the same game as last time, and for Carl and Whitney's lack of involvement in the game. The players drew Eric, Aubrey, and Whitney to compete in the POV competition alongside Sigrid, Anjaya, and Paula. The POV competition called, Zingbot's Time Machine, had the houseguests take a trip to the future, where Zingbot had made his own planet. The houseguests had to maneuver a two balls on two separate inclines. They had to run back and forth and push the ball up the incline and make sure they made it back in time to push the next ball. When a player's ball or balls drop, they are out. During the challenge, Eric and Whitney most notably struggled with the challenge, but Anjaya, Sigrid, Aubrey, and Paula all had even and effecient pace. Whitney, Eric, and eventually Paula were the first three out of the challenge. Anjaya followed and Sigrid right behind, basically throwing in Aubrey's favor.
After the veto, Anjaya decided to have a discussion with Aubrey and Miggy. Anjaya claimed a lot of valid points to use the veto on her, and Aubrey even stated in the DR, "Anjaya is less threatening to my game than Paula, so why would I keep Paula around?" Aubrey, however, also believed that Anjaya was more dangerous in strategic sense rather than physical like Paula. In the end, Aubrey decided to leave things how they were, and they would break down who was more of a threat by eviction day. For the next few days, the vote went back and forth between Paula and Anjaya, mainly because there were pros and cons with keeping them in the game individually. By the time of the eviction, the group decided that Anjaya was more of a threat and she was evicted unanimously, placing 8th for her second time in a row.

Week 9 (Part One)
Following Anjaya's eviction, the houseguests competed in the Counting for Days HOH competition which required remembering when certain events happened on certain days. Eric was the winner, and this was his first HOH win. As a Big Brother superfan, Eric was almost brought to tears that he finally accomplished one of his lifelong dreams.
With his win, Eric wanted to actually keep everything in tact, despite some fellow houseguests believing he would go crazy with power. Eric openly stated to his alliance that he believed the final five should consist of them (Eric, Miggy, Aubrey, Sigrid, Whitney). So, Eric nominated the two most obvious people, Paula and Carl. Aubrey, Sigrid, and Whitney were drawn to compete in the POV competition called, Blast to the Past and it required the houseguests to study photos with previously evicted houseguests on them, and then to answer a series of questions.
Paula knew this challenge was do or die for her survival, and she did very well, beating out Sigrid and Carl early on. Whitney, began to impress everybody because she was actually performing well in a challenge for once. The competition came down to Paula and Whitney, but it was Whitney who shockingly won her first competition of the summer!
Paula was devastated by her loss, but she took advantage of Whitney's power and she perceived Whitney to be easily manipulated. Whitney, however, wanted to stay loyal to the five, and she ultimately chose not to use the veto, leaving Paula and Carl nominated. Paula was deemed the bigger threat, and she was evicted 4-0, placing 7th. Julie announced the second double eviction of the season.

Week 9 (Part Two)
Following Paula's eviction, the houseguests competed in the Say What? HOH competition. Sigrid won and she had to quickly name her nominations. She nominated Carl and Whitney. All six houseguests competed in the veto competition called Fishing for Compliments in which they tried to catch a fake fish with a rod. The first person to collect all three fish would win. Aubrey was the winner and she quickly decided she was not going to use the veto. Carl and Whitney remained on the block, and Carl was evicted 3-0.
Following Carl's eviction, the remaining houseguests competed for HOH. Miggy, Whitney, Eric, and Aubrey competed in The False Future and answered questions about events that happened previously during the season. All were steady competitors, but Miggy was able to beat Eric and Aubrey during the tie-breaker. Now that Miggy was HOH, he decided this was the best time to solidify an endgame alliance. He had separate final two deals with Aubrey and Whitney, and he decided to bring that group together and make a three, seeing that each of them would take him to the end, and that Sigrid and Eric were huge targets.
Miggy talked to Aubrey and Whitney about this, and they all agreed. They especially agreed that Sigrid was their biggest threat at the moment, and getting her out would be the most important thing to do. The trio dubbed themselves WAM as and acronym from the first initials of their names. Miggy decided to nominate Eric and Sigrid for eviction.
The final five then went on to compete for POV. The POV competition was called I Believe I Can Fly and it required the houseguests, dressed as birds, to be harnessed to the roof. They would swing from one platform to start a timer and fly to the other platform to assemble a magnetic puzzle. If the timer runs out, the puzzle pieces will fall, and the player will have 5 seconds to reset the timer. If they don't reset the timer in time, they are eliminated.
From the getgo, Miggy and Whitney visibly struggled, meanwhile Aubrey, Eric, and Sigrid easily got the hang of the competition. Eventually, Sigrid began to lose her momentum and Aubrey and Eric were neck and neck in the competition. After a long fought battle, Eric was victorious with the veto necklace. With his win, it was obvious Eric would be saving himself, and Eric began to feel betrayed by Aubrey, and he almost was losing trust in her. Eric proposed the idea that this would be the best time to backdoor Aubrey. He made this pitch to Miggy, and Miggy listened, but Miggy wanted to stay loyal to WAM and he saw Sigrid a much bigger threat than Aubrey. Miggy believed that if Whitney was sitting next to Sigrid, Sigrid would be going home for sure.
Eric used the veto on himself, and Miggy named Whitney the replacement nominee. Prior to the ceremony, Whitney had agreed to be a pawn and she had full trust in Miggy that if a tie were to occur she would be safe. Eric found it no use to force a tie, being that Miggy would evict Sigrid anyways. Sigrid tried her best to stay, but she was deemed the biggest threat to win the game, and she was evicted 2-0.
Votes for Sigrid- Aubrey and Eric
Votes for Whitney- None
Following Sigrid's eviction, Julie Chen congratulated the final four on their accomplishment. Aubrey, Eric, and Whitney competed in Before of After of certain events that occurred throughout the season. Aubrey and Eric made it to the tie-breaker and Whitney was eliminated early on. Aubrey didn't go over in the tie-breaker question and she won HOH.
With only four people remaining, Aubrey had limited options as far as nominations. At this point in the game, Aubrey trusted Miggy the most and she realized that Eric needed to be the next one to go. Aubrey nominated Eric and Whitney for eviction. The final veto of the summer was called Connect the Dots and it required the houseguests to connect certain events with certain houseguests. The first person to finish would win the final golden power of veto. Aubrey and Miggy were very concerned that Eric could pull the win off, especially since he studies a lot of events that happened.
Despite their fears, it was Miggy who suprisingly won the veto. With his win, Miggy knew he was going to keep the power to himself and Aubrey. Miggy did not use the veto. Eric tried to plead his case to stay to Aubrey, and she told him what he wanted to hear. On the eviction, it wasn't enough and Miggy evicted Eric.
Eric left the house and hugged everyone and congratulated them on making final 3.
Voted for Eric- Miggy
Voted for Whitney- None
Following Eric's eviction, Julie Chen congratulated Miggy, Aubrey, and Whitney on making the final three. She proceeded to tell them about the three part HOH competition they would partake in. The first part was an endurance challenge that required the houseguests to hold onto a pole, while connected to a harness. The harness would try to pry the players from the poll. The last player left hanging on would win Part One. Early in the competition, Whitney visibly struggled and she was eliminated fairly quickly. Miggy and Aubrey managed to stay on for a long time. They held on for an hour, before Miggy began to show signs of struggling. Miggy and Aubrey made a deal that they were going to final 2 together, and a weak Miggy decided to let go and give Aubrey the first win.
The second portion of the HOH competition was a puzzle competition. Miggy and Whitney ran the challenge separately and they were timed. When it came to the reveal, Miggy beat Whitney by nearly five minutes. On the day of the finale, Miggy and Aubrey competed in the Scales of Justice competition, in which they chose answers based on what they thought a jury member answered. It was a back and forth competition, which eventually resulted in a tie. During the tie-breaker, both Miggy and Aubrey were visibly nervous. When it came to the reveal, Miggy was closer and he won the final HOH competition, leaving Aubrey and Whitney as the final nominees.
Quickly, Miggy had to make a decision. He looked at the ladies in front of him and said, "I have worked closely with the both of you for a long duration in this game. You are both strong and independent women, and I highly respect both of you. This decision, is probably going to be one of the hardest decisions I ever make in my life, but I'm ready to make it and willing to accept the outcome. For me, personally, I can't justify taking an undeserving individual to the end. I'd rather lose to somebody who deserved to win than to win over somebody I knew I had an easy win with. Call me crazy, but I feel this is a time to be honorable and to not be conceited, and with that I vote to evict Whitney."
The crowd gasped in shock at Miggy's decision. Both Aubrey and Whitney were flabbergasted by the decision. Whitney hugged Miggy and Aubrey and congratulated them on their accomplishment.
The jury was brought on stage and introduced to the audience. The eight current jury members were shocked to see that Whitney had joined them, being that they expected her to be an easy win for Aubrey and Miggy. Aubrey and Miggy pleaded their cases. Aubrey pointed out how she was a constant target and underdog, but she still managed to maneuver her way and win competitions when it need be. Her biggest plea was when she decided to find trust in Miggy when Kelley was evicted. She claimed it was her own personal choice to connect with Miggy. Miggy made the plea that, he was the one who wanted to form a final 2 because he knew Aubrey was alone and needed a trustworthy partner. Many of the jurors were still undecided, being that the majority of them saw both finalists as deserving winners. Miggy also pointed out his influence over other players, especially Aubrey and Whitney and he accomplished never sitting on the block into an eviction. When Miggy used that point, Aubrey made the point that she went into multiple evictions, received votes, and still managed to survive. After both finalists gave their pleas and answered questions, it was finally time to vote. When the vote was revealed, Miggy Consuelos beat Aubrey Briggs in a 5-4 jury vote. Miggy and Aubrey congratulated each other and ran out of the house to meet their fellow houseguests and families. The entire cast joined on the stage and Julie revealed that Sigrid won the America's Favorite Player vote with 42% of the public vote. Aubrey was in second and Paula in third. Julie Chen thanked the cast for an amazing season, and she coined for the viewers to be ready for next season!!!!
