First Impressions is the 1st episode of Big Brother 1 (fly the wall).

HOH Competition: First Impressions
In this opener the first head of household will be determined before the contestants enter the house. The house guests will vote on who should be the first HOH.
Winner: Edith
Have-Not Competition: Breaded and Dreaded
The Houseguests will be divided into teams of 4. The team members will go out one at a time, crawl through a pit of yellow syrup, then a pit of flour, then they will search for a letter in a giant pile of breadcrumbs. Team will need an H, A, V, and E. The first two teams to retrieve all four letter will be Have's for the week.
Have-Nots: Gerald, Sophie, Desi, Max
POV Competition: Back and Forth
The competitors will have 1 hour to walk back and forth on a balance beam as many times as they can tapping a button on either side. If a competitor falls off of the balance beam then they are out of the competition.
