Lucio Javier Moreno was a contestant on Big Brother: Rivals and Redemption.
A strong, athletic competitor, Lucio was chosen by Brock Knutson to join Team Brock during the Day 1 houseguest draft. Lucio became aligned with the other challenge cornerstones of his team, forming a close friendship with Mottéo Iglacias, along with team captain Brock, himself. Lucio voted with the majority in evicting opposing competition threat Jason Garland under Mottéo's Head of Hosuehold reign, and later voted with the majority again in evicting additional Team Kendra member Michelle Blausk.
In Week 3, after Felice Marroquín managed to pull off Team Kendra's first overall HOH win of the summer, Lucio found himself in one of the swing vote positions, as his allies, Brock, along with members of "Square of Strength" alliance, wished to evict perceived threat Sophia Olzacki, whilst Mottéo, along with several others wished to see Yissendau Martins evicted for her personality and weakness in competitions. Lucio ultimately decided to vote with the former, helping send Sophia out of the game by a vote of 6 to 3.
With Lucio seemingly proving his loyatly to Brock and Mottéo in the game, the latter pair attempted to bring Lucio into the core of their formally four-person alliance; however, this began to cause a rift within the alliance as other Square of Strength members Kendra Benson and Haegan Powell began to distrust Brock and Mottéo's potential alterior motivations for doing so. This divide only increased until the alliance ultimately unhinged their loyalites to one another, leaving two dueling pairs. Lucio was then brought in to a strong three-person alliance with both Brock and Mottéo, with Brock later naming the trio "The Big Three". Lucio later joined the new alliance in helping blindside Felice by a close 5 to 3 vote.
After Kendra managed to win the next Head of Household competition, Lucio found himself nominated alongside his closest ally, Mottéo, as well as a Have-Not for the week, as Kendra wished to weaken and potentially break up the threatening trio. Upon meeting with Brock, Lucio was told that Brock intended to use the Power of Veto on Lucio if he obtained it; later that week, this promise was put to the test when Brock indeed pulled out another POV victory. However, Brock ultimately decided to instead use the Power of Veto to save Mottéo, angering Lucio. In response to Brock's seeming betrayal, and with his back against the wall, Lucio attempted to convince Haegan and Kendra to save him in order to go after Brock in the coming weeks. However, this action prompted Haegan to distrust Lucio, and ultimately helped seal Lucio's fate at the live eviction ceremony, where the paralegal was evicted by a vote of 6 to 1, only receiving Mottéo's vote to stay.
