16 Total Drama players are asked to play in the first season of Total Drama Big Brother. At the first HOH Competition of the summer Heather pulled out a win during this Endurance comp. With nominations looming Heather decides she wants to target long-time rival Gwen. She talks to Alejandro her alliance and "lover" about a pawn. He says maybe Trent as he is in love with Gwen, or Duncan for the same reason. Worried he may be a choice for nomination Duncan discusses his relationship with Gwen to Heather. He says he has no feelings for her since their breakup during All-Stars and he would be willing to evict her. Heather doesn't buy it, but sees Duncan as a good alliance member and decides she will find a different pawn. At the nomination ceremony Heather nominates Gwen as her target and Trent as a pawn. After nominations Gwen tries to rally some Heather hating allies to save her. She pulls in Cody, Katie and Mike. They want to work with Trent, but they may have to evict him, so they keep him as a vote. Gwen "convinces" Duncan to join them as well, but he tries to be distant as he doesn't want Heather to think he went back on his word. At the POV competition Duncan, Katie and Alejandro are chosen to play. Duncan throws the POV as he doesn't want to be put in the position to choose between alliances in front of everyone. Alejandro wins the POV and plans to keep the nominations the same. At the POV Ceremony Alejandro doesn't use the POV and their plan to send Gwen home is in action.
